About
Farm Wêreldend, whose Afrikaans name means 'world's end', runs a second camp out in the dunes on its western side, about 5 km from the farmhouse and away from the mountain bush camp. The draw is the setting itself: a pitch among the Namib dunes, far from any road, in complete quiet on the edge of the NamibRand reserve. A local farming couple run the camping, and the camp is reached from the farmhouse along a farm track into the sand. Come self-sufficient, stock up in Betta about 40 km away, and book with the farm before setting out, as it is not a drop-in stop.
