A friendly owner-run camp on the Kunene beside the Ruacana Falls, with grassy pitches close to the river. It is an easy stop at the start or end of the Kunene river road, a few minutes from Ruacana.
A small, family-run campsite on the Kunene River next to the Ruacana Falls, built by a retired power-station worker and his wife, whose name means 'eagle's nest' in Otjiherero. Tents go up on grass within earshot of the river. It is a handy, easy-to-reach stop on the D3700 before or after the Kunene river road west to Epupa. Do your grocery shopping before arriving.
