About
Tirool is a remote farm on the C13 gravel road between Aus and Helmeringhausen, with the red dunes of the Namib to the west, the Tiras Mountains to the east and open plains all around. Each campsite has its own wall for privacy and shelter from the wind, and the views are wide in every direction. It works well as an overnight stop between Sossusvlei, Luderitz and the Fish River Canyon, but fuel and food are about 45 km away, so arrive stocked up.
