About
Namibgrens is a guest farm high on the Spreetshoogte escarpment, about 165 km south-west of Windhoek and 60 km from Solitaire, in a mild, malaria-free climate. Its mountain campsites are spread among boulders with wide mountain views, each private with its own open-air ablution and shade roof, and two shared rock pools. The farmhouse with reception and restaurant is about 1 km away. There is no electricity and no phone signal at the sites, so it suits self-sufficient campers breaking the drive to Sossusvlei.
