A small family-run camp on the Kavango River along the B8. A quiet, simple base for river trips and birding.
Mururani Camp is a small roadside stop at Mururani, by the veterinary checkpoint on the B8 roughly halfway between Grootfontein and Rundu. It is a long way from the Kavango River, so treat it as a place to break the drive rather than a destination. Shaded, grassed sites each have a power point, and a lapa with a bar gives somewhere to sit in the evening. Fuel is about 120 km away in either direction, so fill up before you set out.
