Wild-camping site C-8 where the Mudorib meets the Hoanib, on the far western end of the Palmwag Concession touring route.
Park conservation fees are extra, paid at the gate.
One of the few official campsites at the western end of the Palmwag Concession, Mudorib Bottom Junction lies where the Mudorib riverbed joins the Hoanib, a short way from the Mudorib Mouth site and the Hoanib (Amspoort) gate. Camping in the main Hoanib riverbed is not allowed, so this marked site is where self-sufficient travellers stop on the way along the river. Nothing is provided: carry all water and firewood and take rubbish out.

The concession is open to 4x4 vehicles only; camping in the main Hoanib riverbed is forbidden.
At the junction of the Mudorib and Hoanib rivers on the Palmwag Concession Western Touring Route (C-8 on the concession map), near the Hoanib (Amspoort) gate; the route runs south via the Mudorib Top Junction site (C-7).
