A small, well-spaced farm campsite on the C14 between Helmeringhausen and Maltahöhe, with private ablutions per unit. It suits travellers on the road through the south who want privacy and a pet-friendly stop.
Mount D'Urban is a farm campsite on the C14 about 25 km north of Helmeringhausen, on the way to Maltahöhe. Its ten units are set well apart for privacy, each with a raised tent platform and levelled river sand beside it for rooftop tents and camper trailers, and each with its own shower and toilet. The farm sells braai packs, firewood, ice and farm bread. Sites suit up to four adults and two children, and friendly pets are welcome.
