Monteiro is a small guest property about 11 km south of Windhoek, right off the B1 tar road and under 15 minutes from the Rehoboth traffic circle. Campsites are on well-kept grass with open views to the Auas Mountains, and campers share a kitchen and ablution blocks. Its closeness to the city makes it an easy first or last night of a trip, with no gravel driving, though the highway is nearby.
