Lodge camping
Riverside camping at a lodge on the Okavango near Divundu, minutes from the floodplains of Mahango.
A small riverside campground attached to a long-running lodge on the Okavango, well placed for Mahango and Popa Falls. Campers get the lodge's river activities and dining without leaving the site.
Six pitches face the Okavango River in a lodge garden shaded by big jackalberry trees, 22 km south of Divundu on the west bank, on the way to the Mahango section of Bwabwata National Park. Campers are welcome at the lodge bar and restaurant and can book its boat trips, tiger fishing and game drives, and Popa Falls is about twenty minutes away. It makes an easy overnight stop between Botswana, the Zambezi Region and Victoria Falls; with only six sites, booking ahead is wise.
