A family farm on the quiet C28 west of Windhoek, with sites set among acacias and rocky hills where game and birds are plentiful. It works well as a peaceful first or last night of a Namibian trip.
Harmonie is a second-generation family farm in the rocky, acacia-covered hills of the Khomas Hochland, about 90 km west of Windhoek on the scenic C28 gravel road towards Bosua Pass. Kudu, oryx, zebra and klipspringer live on the farm, and around 200 bird species have been recorded, including Namibian specials such as Rockrunner and White-tailed Shrike. It makes an easy first or last night near Windhoek and the airport. There is no fuel along the C28 and no phone signal at camp, so send arrival messages from the turn-off.

The C28 is a good gravel road, but small sedans should take care. No fuel stations along the C28.
