About
A working Nguni cattle farm set among the Great Karas Mountains, with the dry Goibib riverbed running through the property and koppies rising behind the pitches. It makes an easy overnight stop on the B1 between Cape Town and Windhoek, with no long gravel approach. Campers can book nature drives at sunrise or sunset to look for oryx, springbok and nocturnal animals such as aardvark, or walk the farm on their own. The south is malaria-free, and the lodge kitchen can serve meals if arranged ahead.
