Frans Indongo Lodge runs this bush camp about 5 km from its main buildings, where a handful of sites sit naturally under large trees on a hillside looking out over open thornveld. There is no fence between the camp and the bush, and evenings are lit by candles rather than electricity. It works well as an overnight stop between Windhoek and Etosha or the north-east, with the lodge restaurant and game drives available when they have space and the Cheetah Conservation Fund and Waterberg within day-trip range.
