Fiume is a family-run lodge on a 1,400 ha private game farm about 35 km north of Grootfontein, 3 km off the B8, where giraffe, eland, oryx and zebra roam the bush. It is set up as an overnight stop on the long drive north to the Caprivi, Botswana and Victoria Falls, and as a base for Etosha, Khaudom and Bushmanland, with the Hoba meteorite and Ghaub caves within reach. Camping is a small side offer of the lodge, so confirm site details when booking.
