A shaded riverbed campsite attached to the much-loved vintage-car Canyon Roadhouse near the Fish River Canyon. Campers get the lodge's food, pool and character with a quieter pitch away from the road.
The pitches lie along the bank of a dry riverbed under indigenous thorn trees, tucked away from the C37 and a short walk from the Canyon Roadhouse, a lodge and fuel stop filled with old cars and roadside memorabilia. Campers can use the lodge's pool, restaurant and bar, which makes it an easy base for the Fish River Canyon viewpoints and the Gondwana Canyon Park drives and walks. Each pitch takes up to six people with one camper or two vehicles, and pets are not allowed.

Turn-off from the C37 is simple, but tracks inside the property are gravel; best for 4x4s, sturdy SUVs, off-road trailers and caravans.
