About
Ngandu, now trading as Ngandu Hotel, stands on a rise on the edge of Rundu looking over the Kavango River floodplain and riverine forest towards Angola. Its large, shaded campsite takes tents, overland trucks and caravans, and campers are a short walk from the hotel's restaurant, bars and pools. River cruises, fishing, birding and tours of the open market can be arranged. It is a practical town base for restocking in Rundu rather than a quiet bush camp.
