A large campsite inside Etosha National Park, shaded by mopane trees and built around a floodlit waterhole. It is a base for self-drive game viewing and guided night drives.
Halali is the government rest camp in the middle of Etosha National Park, set among shady mopane trees at the foot of a dolomite hill where the thick bush suits leopard, rhino and elephant. The floodlit waterhole a short walk from the campsite is the evening draw, and guided morning, afternoon and night drives leave from camp. With 58 sites it is one of the larger camps in the park. Park entry is charged on top, and bookings go by email to NWR.
