The campsites of Bagatelle Kalahari Game Ranch lie in a dune street about a kilometre from the lodge, among the red dunes of the southern Kalahari roughly 50 km from Mariental. Each site has its own ablution block, and campers can use the lodge's shared pool, boma and activities, so it suits travellers who want a comfortable Kalahari stop with sunset dune walks and game on the ranch. The last stretch is gravel but needs no 4x4. Book ahead, as there are only six sites.

Tar to the D1268, then about 25 km of gravel and a 3–4 km sand-and-gravel track into the dunes.
From Windhoek take the B1 south; about 12 km before Mariental turn left onto the tarred C20 east, after about 12 km turn left onto the D1268 gravel road, go north about 25 km to the Bagatelle sign on the right; the ranch is another 3–4 km into the dunes.
