A small camp on a working farm below the red Rooirand escarpment, with just six pitches spread under large camel thorn trees and marked out with rings of red rock. It is a quiet base for the Tiras Mountains, with a walking trail from behind the camp up to views over the farm, and mountain-bike routes nearby. It lies about 50 km from Helmeringhausen off the gravel C27, so stock up before you leave town.
