Semowi is a small farm lodge with just three large private campsites on the Gomoti River, about 32 km north of Maun on the way to Moremi. With so few pitches it is quiet, and campers can use the riverside deck, restaurant and bar, or book mokoro trips and wildlife drives. The camping area is electric-fenced, which suits families. The last 11 km is unpaved bush road that changes with sand, rain and flooding, so a 4x4 is needed; ask the camp for current directions.
