This self-drive, self-catering camp stands at Thabatshukudu on the north side of the veterinary cordon fence, where tracks used by travellers heading to Kubu Island, Nxai Pan, Chobe and the Okavango meet at the fence gate. It works mainly as an overnight stop for people going to or from Kubu Island, 19 km away, and is otherwise far from towns: Gweta is 87 km, Letlhakane 90 km and Nata 100 km. Local cattle-post traffic also uses the gate. Bring all supplies and contact the camp before relying on a pitch.
