About
Not a campsite: this point marks a luxury lodge in the private Jao Reserve, a concession in the western Okavango Delta run by the Kays family's Jao Reserve company. Jao Camp has five suites and two villas, and its sister Jacana Camp has five tented suites on a small island; both are all-inclusive lodges with mokoro, boat and vehicle safaris. There are no pitches for self-drive or self-catering campers, and guests normally arrive by light aircraft or boat.
